Our main design objective was to meet the requirements of a heritage building built in the 1960s, while at the same time meeting the functional, technical, comfort, and visual needs of today’s office users. This is the optimal balance we have sought.

The building is not a monofunctional office. The main building includes workshop areas, storage rooms, research and catering facilities, and security functions to run the whole complex.

ln case of special technology rooms we cooperated with consultants. The technological related architectural decisions were made together with the Client to provide the most professional work

The heritage protected fence will be repaired there lt is necessary reconstructed.

The main spaces of the head office bulidng are heritage protacted. The heritage protected lobby, boardroom, staircases designed to be restored to their original state, the colors and materials need to be restored according the original. All other interior spaces are adapted to the industrial, historical atmosphere of the building.
