Sailing on Lake Balaton is becoming more and more popular. According to experts, the water surface of the lake still has more capacity, but there is no more place in the ports.
According to the intention of the project this can not only be solved by building new piers, but also by building a inner lagoon – perhaps this is ecologically more advantageous and better for tourist attraction. This can be directly surrounded by a building complex that can include port and service functions as well as apartments. So you can get directly from an apartment to a sailing yacht.
The use of site was composed along a straight axis, which starts with a conference hotel at the main road, through the port complex ending in a sun terrace.
